How To Celebrate Mother's Day In BKR School

               On this day there is a mother's day celebration turns mother's day in Thailand    depends on the queen's birthday that year. Actually the queen was born on the 12th of August but the school is held faster because on the 12th is Saturday, because in this school full day so Saturday school holidays and go back on Monday. Here the celebration is not much different from that held in Indonesia. In general some parents of students are invited to come to school. Only class representatives such as some parents of kindergarten, elementary and junior high school students. The day before the Mother's Day celebration they have prepared some activities that will be displayed for example, traditional dances, singing songs with mother's theme, speech, pray together and we students from Indonesia have the opportunity to ride on stage and take pictures together. This is a great honor for us because I have never personally felt honored in this school. They were so kind, greeted us and gave us a seat parallel to them. Not to mention they also decorate the magazine wall they make on the board about there are 5 boards and the contents of the queen's biography and expression of love to the mother also there are some children's work is selected and then published in the wall magazine. And the most similar thing in general in Indonesia is “sungkeman” but I do not know the term here. Visible from their faces touched and teary eyes. Honestly I feel the same thing especially now that I'm in Thailand and very far away with my family especially with  my mother. But basically Mother's day every day. And there is a thing that is typical of every mother's day celebration here that is the jasmine flowers that become symbol of the celebration of mother's day. We also got no difference here even though we are a student here. It's good to be part of the BKR school. Even though the school celebrates Mother's Day but it does not mean they do not continue their studies, after lunch they resume their studies as usual. In this school every activity is set according to the schedule that has been determined they are very professional. Today is unforgetable day for us.
